Decent purchase, room for improvement

I bought some Shipping Labels and a Thermal Label Printer from Offnova. The printer works well; it was easy to set up and prints clearly. The shipping labels are good quality too. I appreciated the free shipping on my order. My main gripe was that tracking updates were a bit slow to show movement, which made me wonder if it had shipped for a day or two. Everything arrived eventually, within about 7 days. Customer service was fine when I asked a general question before buying, but I didn't need to contact them after the purchase. Overall, a decent experience, but better tracking visibility would be a plus.

Needed some Packing Tape for my small business. Offnova had a good price, so I ordered a bunch. It got here pretty quick, like 4 days. The tape works fine, nothing fancy but it holds boxes shut. Happy with it.
